Qualifications

Qualifications:

University/College degree in linguistics, foreign language,or related field, or qualification in teaching English as a second/foreignlanguage (Cert or Diploma in TEFL or TESOL)

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Sound business and technical acumen, with theability to navigate a complex and highly matrixed organization effectively,establishing effective communication lines to multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities anddeadlines, remaining pragmatic and results-focused.

  • Excellent written and verbal communicationskills and interpersonal skills

Prior Experience:

  • At least three years teaching and/or editorialexperience in ELT, linguistics, or foreign language

  • Experience in managing in-house staff, freelancewriters and editors
